It has been released today only for PC users 4 hours ago and yet people are having problems with it just like everything else that’s wrong with the game entirely. If you didn’t know where to download it, you can download it here. From my understanding, CAW tool is a very complicated and confusing tool to use. I will see if I can make a tutorial for those that need help later on. Although I would have to say that creating a world is really complex if you think about it. I would just be grateful to have an option to make your own world.

- Able to download the CAW tool but it refuses to install.
- Some have been limited to a certain size they can have to upload their worlds.
- Unable to save creations in Game Mode.
- Can’t load worlds in Edit Town mode.
- CAW tool installs but won’t start.
- Unable to re-upload a world after deleting it from the Exchange.
- CAW tool won’t open new worlds.
- CAW tool crashes during save mode.
- CAW is extraordinarily slow.
- I’ve made an island on the second largest map size (1024×1024), and I’m up to placing the effects, including waves for the beaches. But I’m finding (and this is also happening for trees), that 99% of the time when I double click to place the effect either nothing happens at all, or the effect gets dumped in the middle of the map, instead of letting me click to place it where I want. Then I have to go to the middle of the map, click on and off it a few times before the move/rotate lines will enable, then drag it oh so slowly to the edge of my map where the beaches are. Often on the way to the coast, the effect will just stop being dragged and won’t let me move it in any direction.
- CAW won’t open because of an error concerning updating patches although said gamer has all the update patches installed.
